These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ck3e platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support features available at ck3e.app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ck3e. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on ck3e. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds or bonuses. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify ck3e immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ck3e will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account sharing or transferring access to another person is strictly prohibited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck3e may require you to submit identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before processing any withdrawal request or when significant activity is detected on your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions. KYC is conducted to protect users and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck3e supports a range of trusted payment methods popular in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the user.

Accepted Deposit Methods

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200.
• Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — subject to standard processing times.
• Card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your card issuer's policies on gambling transactions.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.
• ck3e reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳20,000 within a seven-day period.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck3e offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• ck3e reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets eligible for that specific promotion. Ineligible game types may not contribute to rollover completion.
• ck3e may cancel and reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is detected in connection with the bonus.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may have a maximum win cap. Where a free spin cap applies, it will be clearly disclosed in the associated promotion's specific terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

ck3e is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck3e and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing on sports betting markets.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck3e platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, icons, and game content — is the intellectual property of ck3e or its third-party licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ck3e.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck3e and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall ck3e's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck3e account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck3e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to such collection and processing. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to safeguard your personal and financial data at all times.
